Old Cemetery, Terryville, Plymouth, Litchfield County
Location: At the intersection of Rt 72 and Rt 6 in Terryville, go west on Rt 6/ Main St. Make a left on S Main St. You can park in the plaza to the right and cross the street to the cemetery. However, I prefer to make another left on Agney Rd. and park against the building on the right.

Type of Site: Town cemetery, no longer in use, early 1800s to early 1900s stones.
Condition: The grounds look tended however, I wish I could say the same for the stones. A destructive crack in an obelisk belonging to one of the Terrys was made known to the Plymouth Historical Society -- and they chose not to do anything about it.
History and Notable Features: The Terrys, from whom the town Terryville derives its name, are buried here.
